GetSetGo...Franchisee is a web solution for the companies running chain of educational institutes like play schools, computer institutes and institutes guiding for various entrance exams. Providing education is a noble service to the society. It needs vision, intellect and hard core efforts to provide such services up to the expectations of all the concerned. Running a chain of institutes successfully need regular update from its franchisee regarding all activities at these centers. It is very difficult to receive and compile daily reports of franchisees’ activities through emails.
With this solution you not only maintain your branches easily, but also it helps you to maintain uniform rules & regulations among the branches. Online reports like daily registration, admission and fee collection at individual franchisee gives you clear view on your business growth. Overall it improves your brand value as well. This solution has two separate sections on web portal, one is for Head Office (HO) and another is for each Franchisee Office (FO). Each Franchisee can add/update/view its activities online and HO can view activities of all franchisees individually and collectively.
Head Office Section

Student Management   A student is the core of any franchisee and hence Student management is the core area of this solution. Admission of the student. Maintaining student details including its photographs etc. Searching students on class wise. Fee Management   Any activity related to fee management is here. It will not only help you to control fee collection but it will also help you for future planning. Prepare grade wise fee structure for current or next session. Provide fee exemption head wise to selected students. View complete fee details of a student such as Fee Chart, Fee Due, Fee Exemption, Previous fee receipts and transport fee on same screen. Displays complete details of royalty payment, confirmed at HO and balance till date. Online Communication between HO and Franchisee   To communicate with branches there is no need to remember/store franchisee email ids. It provides two types of communication: Circulars and Message Board. Circulars/Notices   It is a one way communication. HO issues circulars for branches selectively or collectively. Franchisees find these circulars on the online notice board available when they logon. Message board   It is ultimate two way communication between HO and Branches. HO and branches can communicate online without using any email ids. HO can send messages to different users at its franchisees with specifying subject and attachments. Franchisee users will find these messages in their Inbox as they logon and here they can send their responses. Franchisee can also initiate such communications.
